"One of the most important aspects of your bike is the fit. And that's something that can be done professionally and you can experiment with and play with yourself. The basic principle with the triathlon bike, is you want to be aerodynamic, but you want to balance comfort and power output with the aerodynamics. So you want to try to get the front end low, the hands narrow and elbows close together, but not so much as to restrict breathing, and one of the great debates in triathlons is seat angle. And really there's a lot of variables on that based on how long your upper leg is and how low the front end is and different things like that. So the best advice is to start with a professional fitting and try different things and find what works best for you."
