"In the final portion of your warm up, before you move on to your drills and your sets, is to do some work with the pull buoy. Really emphasizing your rotation. You can do what we call "DPS" work which is distance per stroke, really working on your glide and extending out and seeing the fewest number of strokes you can get per length."
