"Hi, I'm Billy Kidd, I'm here on Expert Village and we're going to talk about the five-two defense. You're defensive tackles; you're probably going to give them an assignment. Most of the time it?s going to be head up to the inside gap and which in the case it's the B gap. So, you're going to have them drive in and control this inside, drive in and control this inside. You're defensive ends you're going to have them outside contained. So, they're up the field here. Allow these linebackers the freedom at the snap of the ball to be moving downhill a little bit, at the flow of where ever the ball is going to make a play on the line of scrimmage or in the back field or for minimal gain. That's basically going to you're base defense with you're five-two."
