"Hi I'm Billy Kidd here at Expert Village and we're going to talk about the dime defense. You do a one, a cover one with a zone underneath or you can do a cover one with a man underneath. And that man would be where you're going to take your other defensive backs, you're going to take your other defensive backs and they're going to lock onto a receiver and cover him one on one as long as they have to. So that the quarterbacks can either one, get sacked because we get a rush to him, or he has to hurry the ball to get it off and make a bad throw. One way to ensure that we're going to get a sack or a hurry, is you're going to cover man here and we're going to rush all these guys right here with the blitz. So you got a max blitz, you've got a man covered and you've got one free."
