"my name is Angel Perez with the Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida and we would be teaching judo for kids. Our next technique is O Goshi in Japanese O means big or large. Yoshi means hip throw so this is a large or a big hip throw. Get a grip, break his balance coming to me, all the way around with my left foot back and throwing my hip.
