"my name is Angel Perez with the Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida and we would be teaching judo for kids. Next technique I will be demonstrating for you is called Ippon Seoinage it is a one arm over the shoulder throw. Basically you will grip under his elbow so I can control that arm, okay hard squeeze, I'm going to break his balance coming forward, I'm going to bring my right arm underneath his arm pit, squeeze and turn. Now you can do this technique from a stand up, from one knee, from both knees depending on the size and strength of your opponent. Please demonstrate JC, now you do a double knee since I did a single knee, you did it standing up do a double knee drop."
