Step 1
The Foot Positioning
Put your front foot around 2.5 inches away from the bolts, put your back foot in the middle of the tail -
Step 2
Pop the Tail
Using your back foot, stomp down on the tail of the board, try practicing just popping the tail with no jump first -
Step 3
Jump With the Board
As you pop up the tail, jump with the skateboard as it begins to go off the ground. (lift your back foot up) -
Step 4
Level Out
When you're in the air, level out the board by lifting your back foot up. (the board will stick to your feet if you have skateboarding shoes) -
Step 5
Roll Away
Land, roll away, and feel good
