"Hi, my name is Caleb Labarda. I'm here with Expert Village and today I'm going to be going over beginning Bo Staff. Alright, now another important thing to do is also learn how to bow with your Bo, o.k. There's different types of ways to bows, We're, I'm going to go over two different ways to show you how to bow, o.k. One is kind of an older way, you'll hold it like this and as you bow, you're going to put your bow right against your shoulder like this. Now reach underneath with your right hand, grab your Bo and pick it up off the ground, so now that it's vertical with your body. O.k. and it's lining straight up when you stand here at attention or curio position, it should be right here, standing straight up. O.k. now when you bow, you can either put one hand forward like this and you bow with your head straight, o.k. So, one more time from here, bow, arm out, right as you move your arm comes out and put your Bo straight. And that's one way of showing your sign of respect. Another way, the newer way that a lot of people like to do it, in bowing with forms in competition, they have their Bo straight up to their body and when they bow, it stays right by them. And I like that one a lot. It makes it look really sharp! So, again, from here, step, bow, keep the Bo right by you and you want it to be straight up and down towards your body, nice and vertical. O.k. and that's going to be how you bow and from here you can also go into, you can come across rep, hi-ya, and strike and get ready for your Bo Staff Extreme Form. "
