"Hi, my is Caleb Labarda. I'm here with Expert Village and today I'm going to be going over beginning Bo Staff. Alright, now we're going to be working on stabs or strikes, o.k. with your Bo. So, now our strike is this, our stab or jabbing all the way into an object, you're going to pull in and straight through, o.k. And this is going to be a nice strong thrust, o.k. So, it looks good after you go from, you can do your strikes, one, two, three, pull your Bo in, lunge forward strike, four, o.k. And from here, you can pull it back out. Alright, so this is a nice power move you're going to be using so again, one, two, three, come across, pull in, strike, bam, four. Now, from here you can also do a reverse strike, o.k. this is your forward strike, your forwarded stab, you can also step, turn around, look behind you, and stab the other way. Alright, so once again, straight across, one, two, three, hit, pull in, lunge, four, good. Pull it out, reverse spin and strike across and from here you can pull it back out and do a hit on top. And that's going to look really nice when you're fouling zacatecas. So one more time do it fast, one, two, three, four, strike, spin, strike, strike, hi-ya, boom."
