"Hello! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Bryan Pemberton from the Reserve at Spanos Park. Today we are talking about putting and we are actually just kind of getting a mind here the way a good player thinks. We've got 2 putts here and what we want to determine is which putt a player would rather have. Again you are going to see 1 putt that came up just short and 1 putt that is probably 18 to 12 inches behind. When you look at this you would think maybe this ball was a better putt. From 30 feet, 40 feet this was a great putt. But this putt right here is actually a better putt because anywhere on this side, this ball right here actually had the only chance for going in. This putt right here even though it is closer never had a chance to actually go in so this would actually be the better putt. Again if you are coming down to the last hole and you need 2 putts, either one of these putts would work. If you have a putt that is going to tie a player or win the event, you are going to find this was the only ball that had a chance to go in. Even though this ball was closer, this putt is actually your better putt. "
