"Hello! My name is Harold Hall, Ft. Lauderdale Archers in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and today we are going to talk about tips and techniques of archery. On behalf of Expert Village, I would like to welcome you. Okay with the sport of 3D archery, it is shooting at a 3-dimensional animal which they are kind of life like. In other words what we have here is we have a deer. It has a spot on it where you shoot at. We have an antelope which has spots on it. We have what is called a wolf up there. We have an elk over the there. There are various animals throughout the practice area here and one of the things, well you can't see on this one because it is kind of shot up they have scoring rings on them which is such as on this deer over here. This has a good scoring range on it. The whole animal itself minus the hoof is what's called a scoring ring of 5 points. The high scorer is in the 12 ring here. That is what you ultimately want to try to get to. Ultimately you have a 10 ring and an 8 ring."
