"Hello! My name is Harold Hall, Fort Lauderdale Archers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and today we’re going to talk about tips and techniques or archery. On behalf of Expert Village I would like to welcome you. Okay, the next important thing is when you’re aiming with the arrow and you’ve got out in front of you. You’re going to reach around and with this style of teaching, what you’re going to do is you’re going to learn with 3 fingers underneath your nocking point, which is this green piece right here pushed up against your nocking point here. When you go to draw it back and aim, you’re going to bring it back. You’re going to come up string beside your nose, fingers along your chin, and this is what you’re going to do. You’re going to aim basically down the string, down the arrow. Then I’ll show you how to release it. Aiming is you’re going to aim down the string, right down along the arrow because you have no sights to this so you’re shooting basically bare bow. You’re using the arrow point for arrow impact."
