"Hey guys this is Andy from Expert Village, Ramp Riders Skate Park and Seventh South Clothing. In this clip I'm going to show you the exit of the foot jam you got the first two steps down now you have to get the third one to get into the ramp. Once you get to this point like I said in the previous clip you want to have your back in over the copping basically it's just a hop end and putting your foot on. A lot of times people use their brakes while doing this trick I don't like to do that. Because what will end up happening is if you start off like in this direction you'll hold the brake. Once you bring it back your back foot will pull the pedals this way and then you'll end up like this. I use to do this a lot and then when I get video coverage the foot jams look really bad. So you want to lay it off the brakes and just hop in, what's going to end up happening is your back foot is going to drag the pedal up and just pull this foot out of the front wheel. Put it back on the pedals and hop back into the ramp."
