"Hey guys this is Andy from Expert Village, Ramp Riders Skate Park and Seventh South Clothing. Like I talked in the previous clips in order to do a foot jam you need to be comfortable with leaning over the bars and kind of having somewhat of a balance over the front of the bike. Once you get your approach right the next step is you have to be comfortable with taking your front foot off and jamming in the front wheel. All common sense tells you not to do this because you'll flip over the bike but that is kind of what you are trying to accomplish. You have to kind of flirt with the flipping over part. When you come up you are going to come up and you're basically going to try to aim it down like this. As you're aiming it down you are going to move your front foot forward and just stomp it on the front wheel. It helps when you're learning you kind of have a knob of your tire like this. Some street tires are real slick and you have to push it real hard to push your foot in real hard to get it to stop or otherwise it will slip. This one catches my shoe a lot and it obviously doesn't move. Again once you get into this position you have to make sure that your back end is over the copping of the ramp. If it's not over the copping it's like this you are going to have a lot of problems jumping back into the ramp. So the proper form will be like this either in line with the copping or over the copping and that is going to set you up for going over the ramp."
