"Hey guys this is Andy from Expert Village, Ramp Riders Skate Park and Seventh South Clothing. In this clip I'm going to talk about the approach and the right amount of speed. When going for this trick you want to have just enough speed that you can get up on the deck of the ramp and get back off. If you go too far you'll end up jumping either way too far or your back end will swing out and you'll won't be able to hop back in and you'll end up falling off. So you have to be comfortable with the ramp is the first thing, the second thing is you have to be comfortable with leaning over the bike. If you're not comfortable with it you're going to kind of do it and you are not going to be able to land it correctly. As for the run up I find when I teach my students how to do it for the first time it's a lot easier to have them go in the same arch as you would as a 360 or just a general slight turn into it. This gives you kind of a little push when you go up forward like this, you jam your foot in and it's obviously going to bring your bike up a little bit. If you go straight at it you have to be comfortable with doing a 90 and still leaning over the bike a lot and then doing another 90 and coming back in."
