"Hey guys this is Andy from Expert Village, Ramp Riders Skate Park and Seventh South Clothing. In this clip I'm going to show you how to kind of start off small, go through the motions of the actual foot jam and show you what kind of ramps you want to look for to try practicing this in the beginning. You don't want to try to go for a quarter pipe that has copping cause you can obviously there are several ways you can fall, you can clip the copping, you can just not do it right if you are beginning to do it. This ramp is real mellow but it still has transition to it so it allows you to be able to the foot jam on top of the deck and give you kind of the feel over a quarter pipe without having the steep transition of the quarter pipe itself."
