"This is going to be one way and most likely the safest way to bail, what I'm going to end up doing is when I spin you can have a lot of problems with catching the copping or it doesn't feel right you are just going to feel real weird. So what you can do is once you get the 180 position once you get to about right here. Say I started back here spun 180 throw the bike right in front of you and then you keep spinning that way you can run down the landing. This will keep the bike away from you and keeps you going down this way, if you try to jump off like this and just side step it. What's going to happen is sometimes you can run next to the bike, sometimes you'll land on top of the bike. I've seen guys catch their stomachs on the handlebars, I've seen guys catch their stomachs on the pedal and neither one are forgiven."
