"ANDY SEEHAUSEN: Hi. This is Andy on behalf of Expert Village, Seventh South Clothing and Ramp Riders Skate Park. All right, guys. In this clip, I'm going to be teaching you one of the middle steps. Once you reach this point in the stand, and keep in mind when you're doing this, it's going to be a split-second reaction. You're not going to have time to think about it. This is just going to be continuos motion of spinning. Once you get to this step, you're going to have your head turned and essentially what you're going to want to do is pop off this coping, do a 360, and land back in the transition. This is probably one of the most dangerous parts besides the last step because a lot of times and I know I found myself doing it, you'll come around, do the 360, and you'll catch like this. And you're going to go this way. You're going to bust your hip. You're going to mess up your elbow. And a lot of times, it either is caused by one of two things. It'll be caused by you not popping out of the coping far enough or you're not going to turn your head enough and you're not spinning fast enough. That usually results in getting hurt. Another problem I see a lot of guys do is they'll land like this and they'll slide out like that. A lot of times it's because you don't have your head turned. The key to this entire trick is you have to keep your head turned and spot your landing every time; otherwise, you're going to miss."
