" Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show you a more advanced way of working out your abdominals. The exercise itself looks very simple but it actually gives you the most workout out of any ab workouts. It is essential that you have the ball because your dealing with the equilibrium in this exercise as well as working out the abs. And what you want to do is just lay the ball like so and then elevate your body and then extend it and then lean down. Right now I’m dealing with equilibrium stabilizing the ball and not rolling over or anything and you want to breath in and out. This is a very intense way of working out your abs normally you’re not talking while you’re doing it as well you’re just breathing in and out and concentrating on the equilibrium and working out your abs and you only want to do this for about 5-10 seconds depending on how much you’ve been doing this exercise and then take a break and do another 5-10 seconds."
