"Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show you a workout that involves the ball and working out the abdominals. This exercise is really simple and you can do probably 20-25 and then take a break and then do another 20-25. What you want to do is in order to get comfortable sit on the ball, this exercise is also really good because it teaches you how to stabilize your body and find your equal liberal and it also increases the workout in your support. So what you want to do is just walk with your feet outward like this to where your feet are comfortable and you’re laying on the ball and then you want to extend your hands like this as a way to guide yourself doing exercise and you’ll see in just a moment why. And then just pivot to the side and bring back to the middle and then pivot to the other side. Right now I’m working the abdominals and finding a way to stabilize myself and then just going back and forth like so, it’s nicer than just working on the floor mat because it’s exercising different parts of your body than just the abdominals. And that is the way to work out your abs."
