What you want to do is just have a floor mat, lay on the ground and extend your legs up like this and simply just take your arms and then go from side to side like so and lifting your legs and the arms like this prevents you from laundering forward and bending your neck like this. So it’s very simple you don’t have to extend very far, but do this 25, 30 times and then take a break. And if you want to you could also do this, it helps to have your hands behind your head so again you don’t hyper-extend your neck like that. And that is one of the ways to work out your abdominals."
