"Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to talk about one way to work out your abs. It’s a simple exercise, it’s difficult though after 10 or 15 seconds so you just want to count 10, 15 seconds and then stop take a break and maybe do it later on in your exercises again. What you want to do lay like this and then with your toes prop yourself up you want your back to be straight, you don’t want to sag and you don’t want to do this because it prevents yourself from getting in the full effect. So have a straight back one way of doing it is just holding it and counting to 10 or you can do this which increases the exercise if you just pivot back and forth and do them in raps just do like 1, 2 and then do10 or 15 of them and then take a break or you can just merely count for 10 or 15 seconds and then take a break and do it again. And that is a way of working out your abdominals."
