Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you exercises that is very simple you can do it in your own home. It stretches out the lower back area. You need to have a chair and you can either have a stool and lean it up against the wall so you have back support. What I'm going to do is just simply lift up my hands and extend them. If it helps you can look up. It helps me extend further when I'm looking up for some reason. Just breathe in and out. Hold for 7 to 10 seconds. Reaching for the sky and after you finish just release. It also helps correct posture. You can do this again and just repeat the exercise. Reaching up. You can especially feel it on the sides of the back other then the middle and then release. That is a simple exercise that you can do in your own home that stretches out the lower back area.
