" Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a side bending exercises. This is stretch that stretches out the lower back and it is a easy exercise that you can do in your own home. It is also helps if you also have any old back injury or a back pain to do this stretch. It is very simple you can do it standing. What you want to do is put your hands on your hips so you can find equally room and have your feet width apart about a foot. Then just lean back just like you are about to get into a bridge. Depending on your flexibility determines how far you can bend back it is just fine if you can only do this. If you are more flexible you can just bend back like this and hold. Always remember to breathe in and out. You can do this for about 5 seconds and bring back up. If your stretches to strenuous you can always bend forward like this and hold that and then come back to the center. This is a bending exercise that stretches out the back."
