"Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a back exercises a stretch more so while you be getting while you work out. You can do this in your own home it is a very simple exercise that is called a curl up. I always like to lay out a towel or a mat before I do these exercise you can just lay out what you feel comfortable. So we are going to lay down then with your knees just crunched up like this extend them out a little bit like so. The curl up is merely putting your hands behind your head and curling your elbows towards your head and just going forward like so. You are going to breath in and out while doing this exercise cause it is exercising your abs,as while it is stretching out your lower back. You want Don't crunch your head to far forward towards your chest or else you well strain your neck. Just like this comfortably hold and after you are finish just go back to your starting point. Breath in and out, and relax, and you can feel the stretching, and you can feel the work in your abs. Breath in and out and if you wish to do so repeat the exercise again for 10 to15 seconds and then release and go back to the starting position. This is a curl up and one of the way to stretch out your lower back."
