"Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you back exercises and stretch it is normally use before you really exercise your back or any other exercise for that matter. This exercise is actually very simple you can do it in your own home and you want to have a floor mat or something that you are very comfortable with. So what you want to do is lay on the floor like so and it is a hip laying exercise. Put your arms like this on your elbows and then on the opposite direction you just want to move your legs over there. I could feel the side of my back being stretched out in this area. You always want to breath during stretches it make them more effective. Then after that you holding it for 10 to 15 seconds you want to do the same to the other side. Then just hold breathing in and out and that is a hip laying exercise for stretching out the back."
