" Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you back exercise and stretches that you can do in your own home. This one is simple it is just a simple stretch and you want to have a towel on your floor something that you are comfortable with. This exercise is very simple as I said before you want to lay on the floor and this one is called the pelvic tilt simply what you are going to is pick the small of the back which is the this part of your lower back right here and pull it towards the floor which elevates your abdomen. You just going to pull like this now you can feel the stretch. You are going to hold this for 5 seconds breathing in out and never hold your breath while doing this exercise. It inhibits the it is just isn't as effective. So hold for 5 seconds and then release. That way you can feel that your back has been stretched right here. That is one the stretches for your back."
