" Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you exercises and stretches you can do in your own home. These specific exercise is very simple it stretches the lower back area. What you want to do is lay on the floor lay a towel or a mat of something that you are comfortable with. You want to lay down on the floor and keep one of your legs straight. What you simply want to do is bring one forward and pull with your hands pull it to your chest. And hold this for 30 seconds. After you are finish with one leg you want to do it for the next. If you are doing back exercise and things to strengthening it this is a good thing to do in the beginning to stretch it out and to warm up. Hold this one for 30 seconds. That is how to exercise and stretch your back."
