" Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you the warm up that is necessary in order to do before beginning your flexibility. The goal of it all is to warm up your muscles. Go for a walk either on a treadmill or around town. Before trying to increase your flexibility to reduce your risk of injuring your muscles, you want to go for a walk to get them all warmed up and preferably the treadmill because you can adjust the inclinations, you can adjust the speed and you can adjust what you are going after with all the adjustments on the treadmill. And here I can increase the speed for a more brisk walk, for more advanced in my flexibility and already the walking itself is slightly stretching the muscles to where they are prepared to do more strenuous activity on the floor mat or using the ball.
