"Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you some ways to increase flexibility. Before you start any strenuous stretches you want to begin by rotating all your joints. This lubricates them and releases this synovial fluid. Begin by starting with your toes and working your way up or your neck and working your way down. Basically what you want to do is make these rotations and counter clockwise and clockwise. You want to begin with the neck and just rotate it back. Not too far back. Just very gently and do breathing exercises. What you can do is reverse rotation. Do this a couple of times while doing breathing exercises in and out. Then you want to move to the wrists. Do them individually and concentrate on just relaxing the muscle and don’t hyper extend these. Just rotate very gently and go the opposite direction and apply this to your other wrist as well. Also you want to apply this to your ankles and to your toes by just rotating very gently and then going the other direction. Apply this to your left foot as well. And this is the beginning step in increasing our flexibility. "
