"I am going to show you how to increase flexibility in your legs. It is very easy. Just want to stand, have good posture and then gradually let your weight shift forward. Never really rush into this because you really risk straining your muscles. Just let your weight fall. You don’t want to apply pressure and force this because you will injure your muscles especially if you are just beginning. The weight that is pulling right now by itself puts strain on the muscles and a slight discomfort which is what you want. You want to hold this for about 10 to 15 seconds and then slowly roll back up again while breathing in and out. I guarantee you this exercise you will see immediate results if you just slowly do this daily."
