"Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you various ways to increase flexibility. After you have done all your rotations and warmed up the joints, these are some stretches that help you get warmed up to increase your flexibility even more. This is kind of the warm up that gets your blood pumping. It is common to stretch the legs. Don’t put too much strain, just lean on them. The more and more you stretch and the more frequently you stretch, the further you will be able to reach to what you can practically lay on a leg. You just want to do this, hold it, and apply to the other leg. All those things you can do are stretching the buttocks and sustain that stretch just pulling your right leg over, touching your left elbow with that knee and just pivoting. Other stretches you can do are your back. This is a common yoga move. What you want to do is just have a straight back position and then slowly push up and you will feel the stretch in your back. This will increase your flexibility because all your muscles are warmed up and they help other muscles work together. It is very important that when increasing flexibility that all your muscles are warmed up so that they can work together. "
