"Let's talk about one on one offense. On a essential part of the game you have to be able to score. Now the basic fundamental of being an offensive threat is the triple threat. What the triple threat allows you to do is always be at an attention stance able to drive, shoot or score. Notice my weight is distributed evenly with my front right foot forward, ball in hand, basket is in vision. So when I get the pass, (if I can get a demo) when I get the pass I'm always able to look, shoot or drive. Pivot foot, stationery, triple threat. You ask, players like Kevin Garnet, Koby Bryant, what do they have in common? Well first of all they're great scorers, but they utilize the triple threat. They know that whenever they receive the ball anywhere on the court they are a threat to either score, pass or drive."
