Hello, my name is Daryl Johnson with Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about the basic fundamentals of basketball. Now as you know basketball is a game of jumping, speed and quickness, but a lot more goes into that to get your all around game. Today I'm going to discuss some of these fundamentals that will help you at home or on that court to be that better player and take it to the next level. As you know my game has traveled all around the globe. I've been in New York, I've been to Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Oversees in Germany as well. But the one thing that myself and my competition have in common is that we practice, practice, practice. Repetition is one of the keys to success and today we're going to go over a few drills that will help you take your game to the next level.
