"This movement pattern is going to incorporate a lot of inner thigh work. It was actually called a wind mill exercise from years ago but we're going to take our legs in a wide position what we call a pile position where the toes are turned out. The knees will be shifting over the center of the foot from side to side. I'm going to incorporate the ball placing it on the floor and either rolling opposite arm over so I'm getting a waist twist if you remember our Jane Fonda exercises from years ago. At the waist twist or I can roll it to the same hand as the leg that it's bending. So, same hand or crossing over to incorporate a little bit more of the oblique?s and again heart rate is elevating as I'm going side to side using the large muscles of the body. I can also start to shift this side to side as well so whatever you can incorporate with the ball to keep your body moving and elevate your heart rate and to have some fun while you do your workout."
