"This cardio ball movement is a little bit more advance so let's be caution with it. We're going to be seated on the ball and remember when you're seated on the ball now to clasp the spine at all, that's going to be really tricky. So engage the abdominal muscles what I like for you to do is start side to side nice and easy with the step touch. If you feel more comfortable place your hands on the ball and what I'm doing is rolling the ball, I'm going to say cheek to cheek, so side to side. So I feel to start more comfortable I can extend the opposite or the same arm out as the side I'm going to. You see I'm getting further over I'm taking a larger step to the side. Eventually, if you can master holding the ball with your hand and actually lifting your body up from the ball and reaching your hand towards to ceiling...so rolling to the side and lifting sinking down into the ball, but not collapsing to the spine. If that is a little to much just shifting side to side so really activating the core muscles to perform this movement and increasing range in motion in your cardiovascular for your cardio ball."
