"This segment has a little more complex movement to it, a little bit more dynamic. We're going to take a V step that you probably have seen from a step class which it just moves out and back. Out wide and back so right left and right left. We're going to incorporate three of those with a grapevine to the side so it's going to go like this,1 2 3 and a grapevine over. Make sure you get the foot work first before we add a little movement again without stability ball. With a grapevine over we can bounce the ball once, with a V step so believe it or not your arms do get a little tired holding the stability ball on these movements. Your shoulders get a pretty good workout as well as your cardiovascular exercise. Now I can throw the ball on the V steps with three of them and do a little bounce on the grapevine or just circle like I'm stirring a big pot of soup. Do a little throw in the air in the grapevine just to again to add variety and fun to the workout."
