"This is a fun little step that incorporates the mambo which it comes from Latin dancing. Mambo is rock forward and back so forward and back and as you rock forward the opposite foot lifts up off the floor. So that's your mambo we're going to continue the mambo and to make it cardio with our ball. I want you to take it to your opposite hand that your foot is mamboing and add a dribble. Keep the ball low when you dribble the ball it needs to be low to the ground and get a little mambo. You can change directions with it if need be and step and hold and change your foot for you mambo. Change your direction so you angle and change your speed to change your intensity. Switch sides without losing the beat so that's our mambo, just a fun little thing to do with the stability ball and workouts."
