"This exercise is for the biceps which is for the front of the arm which is a very important muscle because we carry a lot of things so we want to make sure that the bicep is strong but we always want to create muscle balance as well so make sure that you look at all of the totally tubing clips and make sure you are balanced as well and perform all of the exercises in equal amounts on both sides. We are going to step on the tube in the center, since the biceps are pretty strong I am going to have you step with both feet, separate the feet, shoulders back, knees soft. That is always our starting position. Lift the hands towards the shoulder, notice I have an open palm and that is so I don't create a death grip or any kind of white knuckles. The other things that I want to be careful of is that I don't lead with my wrists coming up or my hands coming up. I want that nice neutral wrist. So here is my bicep curl and I can vary the range of motion by coming half way and then all the way up and perhaps half way down and then a full range of motion and then maybe quickly alternating from side to side to get a nice pump in the biceps."
