"We're now going to concentrate on the triceps which is the back of the arm. I am going to just lay the tubing down on the floor and I'm going to step on the tube and then bring the leg forward so that the arm can be behind you. Lift the arm up with the elbow toward the ceiling and you're going to press keeping your wrist straight and make sure your elbow stays towards the ceiling so we are contracting the triceps right here. The tube wants to take us down and we're pushing up against the tube and creating the resistance. With the tricep, make it nice and strong. You can also go through shorter range of motion where I'm only coming down about halfway or going all the way down to the bottom and only coming up halfway. So again any time you can vary the range of motion in one particular exercise you are going to trick the muscle just a little bit and strengthen it differently. Again you always want good variation in any exercise that you are doing. Be very careful when you come out of this and bring the tube down and the elbow out to the side to lower the shoulder. A lot of people just let it release very quickly and there is really a great chance of injury to the shoulder and/or the elbow when you do it. Make sure you do it on both sides equally and your triceps will look awesome."
