"Moving on again with another upper and lower body combination we are going to do a bicep curl and a hamstring curl. Make your loop, place it around your ankle and always step on your tube to create your resistance. Facing the side, I want you to take the leg and stretch it back to being with. If you bring the leg too close together you are not going to have much resistance from the tube, so start with that leg it is called the hip extension where you put the leg back and you're going to lift the heel towards the gluts so you are activation that hamstring. So that's our lower body exercise and the upper body exercise is going to be that bicep curl. So there is not really enough resistance here for me so I'm just going to reach down on the tube, the palm is up, the elbow is in and we've got upper and lower body combination exercise as well as balance to the exercise. If you can get to the point where your foot is not touching the floor, then your supporting leg is working twice as hard to hold you in that stable position. So you have your combination hamstring curl and bicep curl to hold you in that stable position. So you have that combination hamstring curl and bicep curl all in one great exercise."
