"We're going to do another upper and lower body combination exercise so placing one handle through the other will create that loop for you to put through the ankle so it's secure so again around your foot is a little dangerous and it might slide off. So it's around the foot, you're going to step on to the tubing and we're going to be doing abduction which means you are crossing the mid-line of the body so you're using the abductor muscles or the inner thighs so start with your leg to the side, come across the mid-line. Again you are pulling against the resistance of the tubing. Now you are going to combine the upper body by doing an overhead press so you are targeting the deltoid muscle again, middle deltoid. When we do that in a combination this leg is going to work just as hard as this leg because it has to hold you into a nice upright position so we are doing hip, abduction, and shoulder flexion or shoulder abduction actually targeting inner thigh and middle deltoid. You do enough repetitions on one side to fatigue and then of course, switch it to the other side."
