"This tubing exercise is going to target the pectoralis major and the anterior deltoid. You're going to take the tube behind your back this time. Again, holding the handles. A light grip and pull up on the tubing a little bit. You're going to place the tubing right underneath your shoulder blades. It's in direct opposition from the pecs. The hands begin at the sides, the elbows are low, feet hip distance apart, your knees soft. I'm going to take and press forward. The tube wants to pull my arms back. I'm resisting the force of the tube by pressing forward. I can turn my palms to face each other and have a straight arm lever to in crease the intensity of the exercise, or I can hold one arm out as the other arm moves you laterally. Again, targeting the pecs, the anterior deltoid. Turn the palms down. I can actually cross the mid line of my body to really activate the muscle fibers of the pectoralis major. That's our standing chest press with our tube."
