Remove Moss, Mildew, MoldKill the Moss,Mildew,Mold.
Please refer to eHow artical #2277378 for an all round exterior cleaning mixture that will kill most Moss,Mildew,Mold. You can apply this mixture to the affected area using a common bug sprayer.

Step 2
Remove Moss and Mold from concrete tile roofRemove the Moss,Mildew,Mold.
Use a Pressure Power Washer to remove the Moss,Mildew,Mold from the affected area. You may depending on the area want to use a surface cleaner and turbo nozzle to help speed up the process and get a better overall appearence.

Step 3
Prevent the return of the Moss,Mildew,Mold.
Use Consan Triple action 20,Moss Aside Moss Killer, or Roof Raider to further treat and prevent the return of the Moss,Mildew,Mold.

Step 4
Retreat and Maintain for upkeep.
Re-Apply any of the chemical or the house wash mixture every 6 months to as an upkeep measure for long term maintenance. I prefer roof raider it works very well.
