" Hi! My name is Yvettte Parrish and thank you for visiting expertvillage.com. I am here at Cynergy Dance Studio in San Antonio, Texas. I would recommend some sun protection. If you are going to get a moisturizer, it would be very beneficial if you have a SPF of at least a 15 or higher; the higher the better. If you could get a 30 that would be great. The SPF 15 is really only protecting you from the sun for 15 minutes. If you get a SPF 30 it is protecting you in the sun for 30 minutes. So if you are very sensitive to the sun, you need a higher SPF. "
