What Not to do when Treating Acne

"Hi I'm Shoni Morris and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about contraindications for acne pron skin that means things we dont do when we have acne. You never want to pop or pick at your pimple this is only going to make it look worst. If you are like someone who can't help it you want to get a warm wash cloth, soak it thoroughly with warm hot water and you are going to press this on the effected area and leave it for 1-2 minutes. This is going to warm up and skin the skin out and then you can pop it if you want to but this is probably going to scab. You are probably going to want to use one of those apricot scrubs or something to exfoliate the skin you think it is going to get the acne out of clean the pores out or something but it doesn't all it does is spread the acne around. So we want to avoid anything with a scrub when we are acne pron. "
