While we’ve come to the end of your whole plan, you are here to pick up the vehicle now. So there will be a lot of paperwork you will have to sign and it is important that you make sure all the terms were exactly the way you expected it, all the options that are plainly spelt out on the bill of sale, all the prices are there, all the payments, the trade-in values, all the numbers are exactly what you are expecting and so there is no surprises there because it is much harder to fix after you already leave with the vehicle but if you are already there and you haven’t physically drove away with the vehicle yet, that is where you can work out that everything is exactly the way you expected. Make sure you spend a little bit of time on the delivery. Make sure that the sales person walks you through all the features because there are some features that you may not have had in your previous vehicle. Something new like the GPS or DVD, make sure you get the most out of those options that you are paying for. Make sure you take some time and bring all the people that you like or would like to have there and just make sure you spend the time with the delivery and not make it an in and out thing. It is always a good idea too, if you are dealing with the dealership, to do a little bit of a tour so you know where the service department is, you know that they have a body shop, you know what the hours are for the parts department so that you will know when you do your next service, that you know where to go and who to talk too. So be sure and do a little tour of the facility and just to make sure the vehicle is exactly what you expected with option wise and price wise for your and your family because it is important when you are buying the vehicle that is right for you because that is what started this whole thing because the need was there, you’ve gone through the whole process and this is the best way to make your buying experience the best one for yourself and your family."
