"ERIK RINCON: Hi, this is Erik for ExpertVillage.com. Today, we will be talking about how to buy vehicles here at Inland Empire Auto Center. The very first thing a person should know about buying a vehicle is try and look for vehicles with the CARFAX. CARFAX is something that's going to pretty much certify you the vehicle and let you know what kind of history it's been in, whether there's been an accident, repaint, frame damage or anything like that. Don't buy a vehicle without CARFAX on it. Nowadays, that's the best way to buy a vehicle; safety. CARFAX is pretty much online reporting from a company called CARFAX that pretty much gives you the total history of the vehicle, as far maintenance, it's title history, and how many multiple owners it's had and it would report back as far as 10 years and it'll give you the full history back on everything on the vehicle from owners to service to frames or anything that's been--with a vehicle with an accident history."
