"Hello, this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. Now that you know how to do the low impact version of the routine, we're going to take it up a notch and do the high impact version of the routine. I'm going to see if you can keep up with me. If you can, very good job. For four, three, two, take it to a jog. Right, left, right. Right, left, right for eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Now heel touch forward here. To the right, left, right, left. You're going to notice your heart rate getting higher. You're adding that hop. Your heart rate comes up. Four, three, two. Lunge to the side. Lunge, lunge, lunge, lunge. Your arms are going to the side, just opposite of your legs. Seven, six, five, four, three. Reverse lunge now. Pushing your arms forward as you step that foot back. A little bit of a hop makes it harder. For eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Step, tap here. Step, tap, tap, tap. Step, tap. For eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Step, hamstring curl. Hamstring curl with that hop now. Step, ham, ham, ham. For eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Great, five. Step one and tap. Stick together and clap. Around the world. Last thing. Front, side, back. Front, side, back. Front, side, back. March out right here. Good job if you make it."
