"Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. The next move is called around the world, and this is probably the hardest one that we are going to do today. It takes a little bit more coordination, but I am going to start very slowly, and if you work on it that way you are definitely going to get it, and it's going to add a lot of fun. It's a movement that goes to the front, to the side, to the back, and to the middle. So it's all types of muscles groups. It works your abs, your quadriceps, your butt, your hamstrings, your calves, so it's a really great move to integrate into your routine. So your feet are together, your hands are down. You bring one foot forward and you tap to the side, then your toe goes back and then you bring it back to the center. It's called around the world. Bring it to the other side, forward, side, back, step together. So you keep alternating, first to the front, side, back, together, then the other foot, front, side, back, together. Front, side, back, together. Front, side, back, together. So that's the low impact version, front, side, back together. Front, side back, together for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Now the high impact version, front, side, back, together, so did you see that hop between each move, front, side, back, together. Front, side, back, together. Front, side, back, together, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Around the World."
